Guna Shekar, a supremely talented filmmaker is coming with the stunning romantic saga Shaakuntalam on the big screen after a long time. Starring Samantha in the titular role, the film has Malayalam actor Dev Mohan in Dushyant character.
Produced by Neelima Guna and presented by ace producer Dilraju, the film currently at the post-production stage. The much awaited Shaakuntalam which is based on internationally acclaimed Kalidasa's Sanskrit play 'Abhijnana Shakuntalam' is all set to release on February 17th, 2023 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. The film will be released in 3D so that audience can experience the Gunasekhar visual magic.
