Young hero Ashok Galla, nephew of superstar Mahesh Babu and grandson of superstar Krishna, who made his film debut with Hero is all set to begin his second project- #AshokGalla2. Creative director Prasanth Varma who delivered the blockbusters AWE, Zombie Reddy and is working on the Pan India movie Hanu-Man provided a story for the movie to be directed by Arjun Jandyala of Guna 369 fame. Somineni Balakrishna, an NRI (Film distributor) will be producing the movie as Production No 1 of Lalithambika Productions. K Sagar is the co-producer and Nallapaneni Yamini presents it.

Proved his mettle with his debut film Hero, Ashok Galla took some time to choose his next script. The young hero is going to get a complete makeover for this film. Arjun Jandyala won accolades for Guna 369 which was made as a commercial entertainer. Prasanth Varma known for his out-of-the-box ideas penned a unique story for the film. We have to wait and see what new genre he is going to entertain us with this time.

The film has been launched grandly today. For the muhurtham shot, Venkatesh sounded the clapboard, while Namrata Shirodkar switched on the camera and Boyapati Sreenivas did the honorary direction. The script was handed over to the makers and Prasanth Varma by Miryala Ravinder Reddy, Sahu Garapati, and Harish Peddi. Aadhi Sheshagiri Rao, BVS Ravi and Galla Jayadev too graced the occasion.

All top technicians will work on this film. Well-known writer Burra Sai Madhav provides dialogues. Popular composer Bheems Ceciroleo who gave blockbuster music for the recent DHAMAKA is giving the music, while renowned lensman Prasad Murella is the cinematographer and Tammiraju is the editor. Heroine and other cast and crew details will be announced later.
