USA Box Office: Can any Indian film beat Baahubali 2?

Rajamouli and Prabhas’s Baahubali 2 still has record for being the highest grossing Indian film in the USA. It has grossed over $20 million at the USA box office and is the biggest blockbuster of all time for an Indian film in the USA.

Interestingly, the very same Rajamouli’s immediate next film after Baahubali, RRR, featuring Ram Charan and Jr NTR also couldn’t beat the epic Baahubali record as the Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer collected around $14.86+ million in its extended long run in the USA.

Bollywood bjg ticket film, Pathaan is now holding the second highest grossing Indian film in the USA with over $16 million collected till now. The film has regathered a pretty good run in the USA and the same can be seen in its box office numbers.

This brings us to the question, can any Indian film ever beat Baahubali 2’s $20 million tally in the USA? For now, the answer is a form now, given the magnanimity of the record set by the Rajamouli directorial.
