Supreme hero Sai Dharam Tej's upcoming film Virupaksha has caught a solid buzz in the last few days. Virupaksha is the first pan Indian film of Sai Dharam Tej. The film is slated to release on April 21, 2023, in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. It is a mystic thriller directed by Karthik Dandu. starring Samyuktha Menon as female lead. This film is produced by BVSN prasad and creative director Sukumar under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings, presented by Bapineedu B.

Already released teaser and song from the film raised curiosity. Yesterday the team held a unique and special event to introduce the every major character that will drive the film. At the event, team introduced themselves and shared the best experiences they had during the shoot. Supreme hero heartfelt speech at the event praising the team help made everyone emotional.

Sai Dharam Tej said, ''I heard this story in a small office in 2019'. Sukumar had called before that. "I'm sending a guy, listen to his narration, and you'll definitely like it," he said. I assumed it would be a love story, and I was ready to say yes. But the moment director Karthik entered the room, he terrified me. After hearing the narration, I was convinced that this film would be a blockbuster. Karthik this film will make, my mother, and your mother proud. This film has been shot brilliantly. Kudos to director Karthik. Sham's camera work is outstanding. Nagendra's artwork is incredible. The world of Virupaksha has been magnificently created. Karthik's vision was brought to life by Ajaneesh. The background score is going to be amazing for sure.'

He added, 'After the accident, I could only act with the help of actors. Sunil garu, Sai Chand garu, Brahmaji garu, Ajay garu, and Samyukta garu have all been extremely helpful. During intial days, I was not feeling well on set, the shoot was cancelled for me. I will be eternally grateful to our producers. Thank you to the Virupaksha team and Sukumar sir for your help. This film's hero is the story. Tarak and I have good rapport. He immediately provided a voice over for the teaser when asked. Because the way people watch movies has changed. We considered releasing a good film across India. A fictional story which has a universal appeal will reach everyone and we are releasing it in pan India.

Samyukta Menon said, 'Nandini was the character I played in this film. This story was narrated to me two years ago. This character is one of my favourites. I literally gave my blood, sweat, and tears to play Nandini. Each character is extremely important and this one is most special role in my life. On the first day of shooting, I was extremely nervous. However, it was a memorable journey. Thanks to the director and producers for casting me.'

Director Karthik Dandu said, 'In 2018, I wrote the story for this film. During the Rangasthalam shoot, I told Sukumar sir about this story. The film has been delayed due to Corona. However, Corona has not altered the narrative. After the third wave of Sai Dharam Tej, he is back on set for us, and on the first day of filming, Tej's words are not coming out properly; will this cause any problems for others? They were terrified. But on the fourth day, he returned stronger and conquered his fear. I am grateful to all of the technicians. 'We made this movie while having fun,' he explained.

Producer BVSN Prasad said, 'Technicians are the film's main pillars. I'm hoping it will be a box office success to reward all of the technicians for their efforts. I've made a lot of films up to this point. I've always done films because I believe in the story and Virupaksha story is universal. That is why we are releasing it across India,' he explained.

'I have never played a role like this before,' said actor Sai chand. Playing a priest in a village who is full of spirituality had a big impact on me. Every day on the sets felt fantastic. I've known Sai Tej and his family since they were small children. I worked on the Uppena and Kondapolam films with Sai Tej's brother Vaisshnav. Sai Tej is a very good hearted human and it's going to be a solid blockbuster for him. Our debut director Karthik has made the film like a veteran."

Actor Sunil said, 'Sunil, the actor, stated, "In this film, I played the role of Abbai Raju." It's simple to play age-appropriate roles, and this character has a good heart and a strict demeanour. After Pushpa, I realised how difficult it is to play roles that are older than your age. Our entire team gave it their all for the film.'

'We did the whole movie very seriously and with a lot of intensity,' Brahmaji said. It is regarded as the best recent film. We only did 10% of the work as actors. However, the technical team contributed 90% of the film's budget. The audience will recognise that this is a technical film. I had an unique role in it. Sai Dharam Tej is a wonderful person. Honesty. Cultured. He worked hard for this film and it's going to be a gamechanger for him for sure.'

Shyamala said, 'I waited a lot for this moment. I played the role of Parvathakka in this movie. Iam like a special person in the village who helps everyone. Thanks to the director and producer for giving me a chance. Sham garu showed me very beautifully.'

Abhinav said 'The audience has only seen the teaser so far. The original film is going to be thrill everyone on April 21. Our director Karthik has directed it brilliantly. Taking on such a huge subject for the forst directorial is not a common thing. Thanks to the director and producers for giving me such a good opportunity.'
