It is known that star couple Ram Charan and Upasana are expecting their first child very soon. Upasana is expected to give birth to her first child by the end of this June or early July and the couple is said to be preparing for the same now. 

Meanwhile, the latest statement from Upasana clearly confirms that she is currently on a special diet as she gears up to set foot in the beautiful world of motherhood.

"Usually during pregnancy, women tend to put on 12 kilos of weight. But, I intend not to put on so much weight during my pregnancy. I have made dietary changes for the same. I am currently on a psiecl diet that is carefully designed to make sure I don't put on unnecessary weight" Upasana said in interview. 

Upasana clarified that being on a diet doesn't mean she is not having enough food intake, but instead, she is taking sufficient quantities of highly nutritious food for herself and her to-be-born child.

Meanwhile, Upasana and Charan are busy touring the world as a part of their pre-parenthoood experiences.
