The Indian OTT space is in need of a few solid new outings as the last few days have been rather dull with not many interesting titles in the offing for the Indian OTT folk.
This week, the Telugu folk who follow the OTT space are getting served a disaster while the Hindi folk are getting served a blockbuster.
Coming to the topic, the Telugu OTT audience are getting served Kiran Abbavaram's Meter which was a box office disaster. The film is set to stream on Netflix from the 5th of May. The same was confirmed through an official poster a little while ago.
Then there's the Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer, Tu Jhuuti Main Makkar which is set to stream on the very same Netflix platform from the 5th of this month.
While Meter couldn't even recover the publicity and promotions costs from its theatrical revenues, the Ranbit Kapoor starrer is one of the biggest blockbusters in Indian cinema in 2023.
These films are now set for their OTT premieres on Netflix and it has to be seen how they will fare in the OTT space now.
