Director Parasuram is at loggerheads with Geetha Arts and 14 Reels for taking huge advances from them and then not doing a film for them. He had to return a whopping amount of over Rs 10 crores in advances to 14 Reels.
Meanwhile, Parasuram is set to work with Vijay Deverakonda for his next project and the same was formally launched today.
Producer Shyam Prasad Reddy gave the clap, while Govardhan Rao Deverakonda directed the first shot, and popular financier Satti Rangaiah switched on the camera. The film is currently in the pre-production stage and the shooting is going to start soon.
Mrunal Thakur, who was introduced to the Telugu audience with the movie Sitaramam and impressed everyone with her performance, is going to act as the heroine opposite Vijay in this movie.
