The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, and also the government of AP in general, has been really hard on the film industry for the last few years. 

Ticket price hikes are being permitted only for big ticket films and that too after multiple consultations with the AP government representatives. 

Now, the makers of Adipurush are also doing the same as they are getting to meet with Jagan in a short time now and discuss the ticket price hikes. The makers are requesting Rs 50 ticket price hikes in AP, given the big budget of Adipurush.

Jagan will meet with UV Creations Vamsi Krishna Reddy and People Media Factory Vivek in a short while and the latter will be requesting ticket price hikes. 

Jagan is said to be in favor of UV's Vamsi Reddy and he is likely to permit the ticket price hikes in the next few hours. 

If the AP government permits Rs 50 hikes, then Adipurush will have the tickets priced at up to Rs 227 in Andhra Pradesh. There will be substantial hikes in Telangana as well and these orders will be passed by today evening.
