There is no debating the fact that Animal is one of the biggest cult blockbusters in Indian cinema as it grossed in the range of Rs 900 crores. The film took Sandeep Vanga's reputation and also his remuneration to a whole new level.

According to the latest reports, we are hearing that Vanga pocketed in the range of Rs 200 crores for Animal. This isn't entirely for his directorial efforts but also due to the fact that Sandeep's brother Pranay Vanga co produced the film. 

The co production prospect also worked the trick for the Vanga brothers as the film made big money at the box office and subsequently fetched them huge profits. 

With this, Sandeep Vanga has quickly become one of the highest paid directors in Indian cinema and rightly so, given the kind of box office sensation his films are creating at the box office. 

Sandeep Vanga will soon turn bust with Prabhas's Spirit which is currently in the early stages of pre production. The stakes are high on this project.
