‘Aranmanai’ is a super hit franchise in Tamil, and all the previous versions released in Telugu turned out to be hits. The fourth franchise of the horror-comedy series is coming in Telugu as BAAK. The movie is directed by Sundar C, and produced by Khushbu Sundar and ACS Arun Kumar under Avni Cinemax P Ltd.
The movie stars Sundar C himself playing the protagonist, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Raashi Khanna playing the female leads, while Y Vennila Kishore, Srinivasalu, Delhi Ganesh, and Kovai Sarala will be seen in crucial roles.
The Telugu promotions have begun with the makers revealing the first look posters of Tamannaah and Sundar C. Tamannaah is introduced as Shivani and she appears in a traditional get-up. Sundar C is introduced as Siva Shankar and he appears suspicious in his character poster. Both the posters indicate BAAK will have some spine-chilling elements.
Hiphop Tamizha scored the music, the cinematography is handled by E Krishnamurthy, while editing is overseen by Fenny Oliver. Gururaj managed the art direction. Asian Suresh Entertainment LLP acquired the Telugu rights and they are planning a big release in AP and TS. The movie will grace the cinemas this April.
