Tollywood Bumper OTT Offers: Real or fake?

Of late, we have been hearing multiple reports about how the post theatrical OTT rights of Telugu biggies are scoring huge money.

Incidentally, we are hearing that the OTT rights of Pushpa 2 are in the range of Rs 275 crore which is the biggest ever number for an Indian film. Likewise, Game Changer and Devara were also reported to get huge OTT deals.

But at the heart of it, we are hearing that the real story behind these OTT deals are very shady. No one is able to confirm if such huge amounts were actually paid for these films.

The OTT market is on a down in the recent past so at this point, the big money deals that are being propagated are tough to make.

But the makers of these biggies are looking to make most of the marketing job done by propagating these heavy OTT deals.
