The anticipation is building on the arrival of the first song from Jr NTR and Koratala Siva's Devara album. The song is arriving on the 19th of this month and this is the first big-superstar film update in the recent while so it carries a lot of expectations naturally. 

Coming to the important aspects of the song, a lot is riding on Anirudh this time around. 

This is the first real mass album that Anirudh is doing for a Telugu hero. Though he did Agnyathavasi earlier, the reach was limited to the class audience and it didn't cater to the masses.

In the case of Devara, Anirudh has a mass hero in the form of Jr NTR and the expectations are such that he must deliver a 'Hukum' or a similar tone mass number for the Nandamuri hero.

Moreover, Devara is yet to hit the peak gear in terms of anticipation due to the lack of winning content thus far. The buzz can be energized further with a winning song by Anirudh and that is exactly what fans would be hoping for.

There are times when Anirudh single-handedly saved many Tamil star hero films with his background score. So, a similar top-grade output is expected from him for the Koratala Siva and NTR collaborative project.
