Koratala Siva Confidently Prepares for Devara Part 2 After Success of First Film
  • 10 Oct 2024 07:14 AM

Director Koratala Siva is riding high after the success of Devara, particularly following mixed reviews of his previous film, Acharya. Despite facing a wave of trolling regarding the Devara trailer, the movie has emerged as a major success, allowing Siva to shift his focus to the anticipated sequel, Devara Part 2.

Insights on Devara Part 2

In a recent interview, Koratala Siva shared exciting details about the upcoming film, referring to it as Vara Veera Viharam. He emphasized that the character Vara's journey will unveil a new side, showcasing his fearlessness in a way that promises to captivate audiences.

Siva noted that the first part serves as an introduction, setting the stage for deeper character development in the sequel. He expressed his enjoyment of writing for Devara, stating that he finds this creative process more fulfilling than directing.

Emotional Depth and Character Evolution

Siva teased that the emotional conflict between Devara and Vara will be a central theme, with poignant reasons behind Vara's drastic actions, including putting a knife in Devara's heart. The director hinted that these narrative choices will resonate with audiences, making the characters' arcs more impactful.

He reassured fans that his goal is to weave a compelling story with a satisfactory conclusion for each character. Interestingly, Koratala Siva ruled out the possibility of a Devara 3, explaining that he prefers to focus on creating a well-rounded two-part story rather than extending the narrative unnecessarily.
