Bro Code Title Dispute Resolved: Legal Battle Between Film and Liquor Company Settled
The legal dispute over the title Bro Code has finally come to an end with a compromise agreement between Ravi Mohan Studios and Indo Bevs Private Limited, a liquor company based in Delhi. The Madras High Court has officially recorded the settlement, which has led to the withdrawal of the case. The film's production team can now proceed with no further legal hindrances.
The conflict arose when Indo Bevs claimed ownership of the trademark for the name “Bro Code” and objected to the film using it. In response, Ravi Mohan Studios approached the court, seeking a resolution. The High Court had granted temporary relief to the filmmakers, preventing the company from interfering with the title.
With the legal issue now settled, the film directed by Karthik Yogi, starring S. J. Suryah and Arjun Ashokan, is set for release. The team can move forward without any more legal obstacles, and fans can expect the much-anticipated movie to hit theaters soon.
