Director Koratala Siva has seen a revival of sorts with his latest film, Devara, which, despite mixed reviews, has performed well at the box office, allowing the filmmaker to breathe a sigh of relief. When asked about potential actors from other languages he would like to see in the sequel, Koratala mentioned, “I can’t say for certain but I have my own wishlist. To be very honest, I would love to see Ranveer Singh or Ranbir Kapoor in the second part. I don’t know if it would actually happen.” This statement has sparked speculation among fans and netizens about the possibility of either Bollywood star joining the cast.
Both Ranveer and Ranbir are celebrated for their exceptional talent in Bollywood, and having them alongside NTR Jr. in Devara 2 would certainly create a buzz. However, as Koratala himself pointed out, this remains wishful thinking at this stage. With the film's production still some time away, it's premature to discuss casting decisions in detail.
