In a significant development, the Telangana High Court has granted conditional bail to actor Allu Arjun in connection with the tragic stampede that occurred at Sandhya Theatre during the release of his film Pushpa-2. The stampede resulted in the unfortunate death of a woman and left several others injured. Allu Arjun was arrested and sent to judicial remand following the incident.

The actor’s legal team presented their arguments, stating that there was insufficient evidence to directly link Allu Arjun to the tragedy. The court considered these arguments and decided to grant bail, citing the lack of conclusive evidence connecting him to the incident. Allu Arjun is expected to be released soon, pending the completion of necessary formalities.

This case had garnered significant attention due to the widespread popularity of Pushpa-2 and the tragic outcome of the stampede, raising questions about crowd control and safety measures during movie releases. Allu Arjun’s legal team is expected to continue pursuing a case of innocence, focusing on the lack of clear links between the actor and the tragic event.
