Aaradhya Bachchan, the daughter of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, has filed a fresh petition in the Delhi High Court, seeking the removal of fake and misleading health information that has been circulating about her on several websites. This petition follows a previous court order in April 2023, where the court directed platforms like Google, Bollywood Times, and YouTube to take down misleading videos and content about Aaradhya’s health, which falsely claimed she was seriously ill or even deceased.

Despite the court's previous order, some websites and social media platforms have failed to comply with the ruling. Aaradhya Bachchan's second petition urges the Delhi High Court to ensure that these platforms remove the misleading content. During the recent hearing, the court issued a notice to Google, and the matter has been scheduled for the next hearing on March 17.

This ongoing legal action highlights the importance of protecting the dignity and privacy of individuals, including celebrities, particularly when it concerns sensitive matters like health.
