Victory Venkatesh, a beloved figure in Telugu cinema, is making a bold comeback with an ambitious slate of four films lined up over the next 365 days. After scoring a massive hit with Sankranthiki Vasthunnam during the recent Sankranthi season becoming the highest-grossing regional Telugu film Venkatesh is capitalizing on the momentum with a string of high-profile projects.

The first is Mega157, a buzzworthy collaboration between megastar Chiranjeevi and director Anil Ravipudi. Venkatesh will make a special appearance likely an extended cameo in a film slated to be a major Sankranthi release in January 2026. Nayanthara and Catherine Tresa lead the cast, adding more star power to the project.

The second film marks Venkatesh’s first full-fledged collaboration with acclaimed writer-director Trivikram Srinivas. Though Trivikram previously wrote dialogues for Nuvvu Naaku Nachav and Malleswari, this upcoming film will be their first actor-director venture. Produced by Haarika & Hassine Creations, it’s expected to go on floors in July 2025 and release by Summer 2026, with Thaman likely handling the music.

Next up is Drushyam 3, the third entry in the gripping family-thriller franchise. While the first two films saw major success—especially Drushyam 2 on OTT this installment will go theatrical with a simultaneous release in Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. The Malayalam version begins filming in October 2025, followed by the other languages.

Finally, Venkatesh is set to reunite with Anil Ravipudi for another festive entertainer, tentatively titled Malli Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, targeting a Sankranthi 2027 release. After a period of mixed success, this calculated lineup shows Venkatesh is gearing up for one of the most impactful phases of his career. With a mix of legacy franchises, fresh collaborations, and festival-ready releases, he’s poised to dominate the Telugu film scene once again.
