Pradeep Ranganathan, who made a successful transition from directing to acting with hits like Love Today and Dragon, recently addressed the confusion surrounding the release dates of his upcoming films, Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) and Dude. Both films were initially slated for release during the Diwali festival, leading to concerns about a potential clash at the box office.

In a recent statement, Pradeep Ranganathan confirmed that only one of the films would release for Diwali, clearing up the confusion. The makers of Love Insurance Kompany had originally announced a September release, but the film has now been pushed to October 17th, just ahead of Diwali. Following this, the makers of Dude also announced their Diwali release, but Pradeep assured fans that only one of the two films would be released during the festive season.

Love Insurance Kompany, directed by Vignesh Shivan and starring Krithi Shetty, is set to bring a fresh narrative, while Dude, directed by Keerthiswaran and starring Mamitha Baiju, promises a different experience for moviegoers. Fans can now look forward to Love Insurance Kompany hitting the screens on October 17th, while details on Dude’s final release date will be confirmed soon.

With Pradeep Ranganathan continuing to captivate audiences with his acting versatility, both films are eagerly awaited by fans, and the Diwali season promises to bring exciting content to Tamil cinema lovers.
