Pawan Kalyan Battles Viral Fever After Standing In Rain At OG Pre-Release Event
Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited film OG is set to release in two days, with paid premieres scheduled for tomorrow. However, the actor and politician’s team confirmed that he is currently down with a viral fever, believed to have been triggered by his presence at the film’s pre-release event held in the rain. During the function, Pawan stood drenched for nearly 30–40 minutes, which may have contributed to his illness.
Despite his condition, the Deputy Chief Minister did not slow down. He travelled to Amaravathi on Monday to attend Assembly sessions, participating even while suffering from fever. His publicist issued a statement revealing that Pawan conducted reviews with officials, held teleconferences, and only sought medical attention after the fever worsened on Monday night. Doctors are monitoring his health, providing treatment, and have strongly advised rest.
Anticipation around OG continues to rise. Directed by Sujeeth, the action drama has already generated huge buzz with advance ticket sales showing strong momentum. Industry analysts predict record-breaking openings for Pawan Kalyan, who remains one of Telugu cinema’s biggest stars. Fans are hopeful that the actor’s health stabilizes quickly so he can celebrate the success of OG alongside them.
