Zeenat Aman took a trip down Bollywood memory lane, sharing behind-the-scenes anecdotes from one of her favorite songs in the 1979 film The Great Gambler. In an Instagram post, the veteran actor reflected on her journey as a performer, the fashion, and the dance sequence that captured her in a gold tracksuit. While the song Do Lafzon Ki Hai Dil Ki Kahani remains the most beloved track from the film, Aman revealed that this particular number, brimming with confidence and sass, holds a special place in her heart.

Aman described the vibe of the song as a celebration of a woman who is aware of her charm, confident and self-assured, breaking away from traditional romantic tropes. She recalled the sequence's three outfit changes, one of which included a shimmering gold track-pant set, which she humorously admitted was over the top. To complete the look, a short pageboy wig was added, and the dance master incorporated high kicks into the choreography for an extra touch of flair.

Despite her natural charisma, Aman admitted that dancing had never come easily to her, as she lacked formal training, unlike many of her contemporaries. She expressed how directors quickly realized that instead of forcing complicated choreography, it was better to let her groove in her own style, a freedom that many embraced over time. Aman invited fans to revisit the iconic song and even posed a fun challenge by asking her followers to guess the singer behind the number.
