Dhurandhar 2 Beats Pathaan to Become No.1 Indian Film in UK Box Office

has created history at the international box office by emerging as the highest-grossing Indian film in the United Kingdom, surpassing the record previously held by Pathaan. Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, the film has shown remarkable consistency since its release. Within just 34 days, it collected £4.388 million (approximately Rs 55.55 crore) in the UK, edging past Pathaan’s lifetime earnings of £4.380 million. This milestone highlights the film’s strong hold in overseas markets, particularly among international audiences.

The film’s success is not limited to the UK alone. Dhurandhar 2 has delivered a dominant performance globally, grossing over Rs 1,761.88 crore worldwide. Out of this, Rs 1,339.88 crore has come from the domestic market, while overseas territories have contributed significantly to its overall total. In North America, the film is nearing the $30 million mark, further strengthening its position as a global blockbuster. It has also become the highest-grossing Indian film outside India, excluding China, surpassing several major hits in recent years.

This extraordinary run has placed Dhurandhar 2 among the top Indian films of all time at the global box office. It has already overtaken big-ticket releases like Pushpa 2, KGF 2, Animal, Jawan, and Pathaan, and now stands just behind Baahubali 2 and Dangal in worldwide collections. With its gripping narrative, strong performances, and wide international appeal, the film continues to draw audiences even in its fifth week. Trade experts believe that if the momentum continues, Dhurandhar 2 could achieve even more milestones in the coming days, cementing its place as one of Indian cinema’s biggest success stories.
