President Droupadi Murmu conferred the Padma Awards 2026 during the second Civil Investiture Ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on June 23, 2026. The event was attended by senior leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, marking one of the most significant national honour ceremonies of the year. A total of 65 awards were presented at the ceremony, including Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, and Padma Shri honours. Among the notable recipients were several prominent figures from the fields of arts, cinema, music, and public service.
