Irumudi Kattu Song Brings Ravi Teja’s Devotional Avatar
Ravi Teja’s upcoming film Irumudi has opened its musical campaign with Irumudi Kattu, a devotional anthem built around the spiritual journey of an Ayyappa devotee. The song introduces the emotional and devotional tone of the Shiva Nirvana directorial, which is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers. After the first glimpse created curiosity around Ravi Teja’s new avatar, the first single now shifts the focus to faith, family and the sacred traditions connected with Sabarimala.
Composed by GV Prakash Kumar, Irumudi Kattu blends devotional sound, traditional rhythm and rich orchestration to create a song aimed at Ayyappa devotees as well as Ravi Teja’s fan base. The lyrics, written by Shiva Nirvana and Kalyan Chakravarthy, follow the transformation of a devotee who takes up Mandala Deeksha, prepares the Irumudi and begins the holy journey to Sabarimala. Ananthu’s energetic and emotional vocals give the song a strong devotional identity, making it suitable for festive playlists and Ayyappa pooja gatherings.
