Nani’s The Paradise Eyes Record ₹84 Crore AP-Telangana Deal

Nani’s The Paradise Eyes Record ₹84 Crore AP-Telangana Deal

Nani’s The Paradise is reportedly attracting record distribution offers, with its AP and Telangana theatrical business estimated at ₹82–84 crore. The massive valuation could make the Srikanth Odela film Nani’s biggest pre-release deal and significantly raise its box-office target.

The Paradise Creates A Sensation In The Trade

Natural Star Nani’s upcoming action drama The Paradise has reportedly become one of the hottest Telugu films in the distribution market. Industry reports claim that the film’s theatrical business across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana could reach between ₹82 crore and ₹84 crore.

The reported valuation would be a major career record for Nani. His previous film HIT: The Third Case was said to have completed theatrical pre-release business of approximately ₹40 crore, which was considered a new high for the actor at the time. The Paradise could now more than double that figure from the Telugu states alone. However, these figures are based on trade reports and have not been officially announced by the production company or distributors.

The Paradise Nizam Rights Reportedly Fetch ₹37 Crore

The Nizam theatrical rights have reportedly been secured by Mythri Movie Distributors for approximately ₹37 crore. The agreement is also said to include a recovery component of around ₹2 crore.

Reports further suggest that producer Sudhakar Cherukuri and Sithara Entertainments’ Naga Vamsi hold stakes in the Nizam distribution arrangement. The high price reflects the strong anticipation surrounding Nani’s reunion with director Srikanth Odela after Dasara.

The Andhra theatrical business is reportedly being discussed at a valuation of around ₹35 crore. If both the Nizam and Andhra deals close at the quoted amounts, the film would already accumulate nearly ₹72 crore before including the Ceeded territory.

The Paradise Ceeded Negotiations Continue

Negotiations for the Ceeded theatrical rights are reportedly yet to be finalised. Producer Sudhakar Cherukuri is said to be seeking a ₹12 crore non-refundable advance, while distributor Sobhan has reportedly offered approximately ₹10 crore.

If a deal is completed within that range, the combined AP and Telangana theatrical business could reach ₹82–84 crore. This would represent a huge increase over Nani’s previous regional market and place The Paradise among the most commercially demanding films of his career.

Such a large pre-release valuation also creates a challenging break-even target. The movie would require exceptional openings, positive word of mouth and a sustained theatrical run for its regional buyers to enter the profit zone.

The Paradise Faces A Massive Box-Office Test

The Paradise marks the second collaboration between Nani and Srikanth Odela following Dasara. Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the SLV Cinemas banner, the film features Nani in a rugged new role named Jadal, while Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music.

The promotional campaign has already generated attention through the Aaya Sher track and Nani’s intense character posters. A 95-second teaser titled Zamana Begins is scheduled to be unveiled on August 6, adding further momentum to the film’s campaign.

Trade reports currently point towards a September 24, 2026 theatrical release, with premiere shows reportedly being planned for September 23 in India and overseas. However, the makers have not formally confirmed this revised date, and the film previously carried an official August 21 schedule.

With reported business exceeding ₹80 crore in the Telugu states, The Paradise must deliver record openings for a Nani-led film. Whether the movie converts its enormous pre-release hype into theatrical success will now be closely watched by audiences, distributors and the Telugu film industry.
