Yash's much-awaited action thriller Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups has received an A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification ahead of its theatrical release on August 26, 2026. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film was certified by the CBFC's Bengaluru regional office on August 13.
According to details from the censor certificate cited in reports, Toxic has a certified runtime of 194 minutes and 12 seconds, making it a lengthy theatrical experience of approximately three hours, 14 minutes and 12 seconds. The adult certificate indicates that the film is intended for viewers aged 18 and above.
The movie has been written and shot in Kannada and English and will also be released in dubbed versions in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam, giving the Yash-starrer a wide pan-India reach.
