According to a report published on September 23, the actor completed his shoot on September 22, nearly 20 months after beginning work on the project on January 24, 2025.

It does not mean the entire film has finished shooting: work on the remaining portions and post-production continues.
Mahesh’s wrap shifts attention to the rest of Rajamouli’s production schedule. The producers are targeting the announced April 7, 2027 theatrical release.
