The title song of Yeh Prem Mol Liya offers a colourful first look at the family celebrations in Sooraj R Barjatya’s upcoming film. Released on September 20, the video follows Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari through wedding festivities, family gatherings and quieter moments together. It also brings Chhath into the film’s visual world, placing the festival alongside the familiar rituals of a grand Bollywood wedding.
The song moves through mehndi, sehra and festive processions, filling the frame with elaborate costumes, decorated venues and a large ensemble. Amid the celebrations, Ayushmann and Sharvari remain the focus. Their exchanged glances and shared moments give viewers a glimpse of the romance at the centre of the film, while the gathering around them establishes the close-knit family setting associated with Barjatya’s cinema.
Who sings the Yeh Prem Mol Liya title song?
Himesh Reshammiya has composed the track, Kumaar has written the lyrics, and Shreya Ghoshal and Nihal Tauro have sung it. The song marks another collaboration between Reshammiya and Barjatya after Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Its release also gives audiences a sense of how prominently music may feature in this new family entertainer.
Yeh Prem Mol Liya introduces Ayushmann as Barjatya’s new Prem, a character name closely linked to the filmmaker’s earlier films. It is also Ayushmann and Sharvari’s first film together. The makers have shared few plot details, so the title track is currently the fullest look at their characters and the relationships surrounding them. Anupam Kher is also part of the cast. With Chhath, wedding rituals and a large family celebration woven into one song, the video sets the tone for a romance rooted in tradition. Yeh Prem Mol Liya is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 27, 2026.
