4-hour WEEKDAY shift @ $80 per shift (between hours of 9:00am - 2:30pm during the regular weekday)
4-hour WEEKEND shift @ $100 per shift (between hours of 6am-8pm on Saturday/Sunday)
10-hour OVERNIGHT shift @ $200 per shift (between hours of 8pm-6am on Saturday/Sunday)
24-hour OVERNIGHT shift $250 per shift (8AM to 8AM SHIFT)

For more than one individual in the same home (couples, family members, etc) The second person at the one location receives services at an additional 50% off what the first person pays).

Note: I do not work for an agency. I am a private individual. I am a healthcare professional with 3 college degrees, years of experience, and have an active state license as a certified nurse's assistant.

I am Elizabeth H. I provide services for senior adults or disabled persons (18+) only, who live alone in their home who need help. 24 hour services. (You must have a home to be accepted. I do not go to Hotels, Inns, Motels).

I am Covid-19 Vaccinated, with booster too. You should also be Covid-19 vaccinated please. Experienced since 2008.

(My services are provided to you as per your instructions and/or under the written health care programs set forth by your Doctor, Nurse, Occupational therapist, Physical Therapist, Nutritionist). I help you to follow their plans for your health and safety.

College educated caregiver.
Professional Care Facility & Hospital experience.
First Aide, CPR / BLS trained.
Certified Nurses Aide trained. (CNA)
Emotional Support trained - Bachelors in Psychology.
Diabetic meal nutrition trained.
Catheter placement trained.

Experience:
Have experience with the needs of people (18+) with; Old age who just need assistance due to old age, as well as persons dealing with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Depression, Anxiety, ALS, Cancer, Diabetes, Asthma, Stroke, Parkinson's, Autism, Multiple Sclerosis.


Personal care:
Activities of daily living.
(As needed); Showering and grooming, dressing, bed baths, assistance with toileting.

General health care: Overseeing medication and prescriptions usage, taking and recording vital signs and performance, pain/stress control service; appointment reminders, will take you to your medical or dental appointments.

Mobility assistance: Help with getting in and out of bed, wheelchair, car or shower. (This can only be done if you the client are able to help. I cannot lift more than 50 pounds alone without help).

Companionship/Conversation and Emotional Support:
Provided while always looking for, listening for and tracking any changes in health and emotions.

Activities:
As you are able to handle, the inclusion of;
Arts and Crafts, Musical instruments, Music, Singing, Dance, Comedy (playful jokes and story telling), Outdoor Field trips (walks, beach, park, theaters, shopping, restaurants).

Other care:
Restaurant Cook Experience,
Housekeeping, Trash Service, Laundry Service, Light Gardening, Grocery shopping, Pharmacy pick up. Transportation to and from appointments. Other agreed upon services.
