2025 Grandview Hop to close Grandview Avenue for summer markets and live events
The Grandview Hop is set to make a vibrant return for the 2025 season, bringing with it an expanded footprint, new experiences, and even more ways for the community to gather, celebrate, and support local businesses. This monthly summer street festival and night market has become one of Central Ohio’s most popular community events, and its growth this year highlights its increasing impact and popularity.

The event takes place once a month from June through September, with dates confirmed for June 28, July 26, August 23, and September 27. Each event runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will transform a larger stretch of Grandview Avenue than ever before. For the first time, the street will be closed to vehicle traffic from First to Fifth Avenue, allowing for an expanded pedestrian zone and more room to explore the event's wide-ranging offerings.

Attendees will enjoy access to over 200 pop-up vendors selling handmade goods, boutique retail items, local artwork, and artisanal products. The event will also feature 20 food trucks serving a wide variety of dishes, satisfying every craving from savory to sweet. With such a large and diverse vendor lineup, the Grandview Hop provides an ideal space for discovering local talent and supporting small businesses.

More than just a market, the event is also known for its live entertainment and interactive elements. Visitors can expect performances from local musicians, outdoor games, art displays, giveaways, and charity-focused beer and wine gardens. These additions help make the Grandview Hop a complete experience for guests of all ages. Families, couples, solo visitors, and even leashed pets are welcome, reinforcing the event’s inclusive and community-oriented atmosphere.

Since it began in 2015, the Grandview Hop has become a beloved local tradition. What started as a modest night market has grown into a major summer series, drawing thousands of visitors throughout the season. In addition to providing entertainment and supporting local vendors, the event has also raised over $150,000 for local nonprofit organizations through its charity partnerships. Beneficiaries have included mentoring programs, animal rescue groups, and housing initiatives—demonstrating how a community event can make a lasting impact both socially and economically.

The 2025 season aims to be the most exciting yet. With more space for vendors, a larger crowd capacity, and new programming throughout the evening, the Grandview Hop promises four unforgettable nights of food, music, art, and fun. Attendees can stroll through the expanded festival grounds, taste dishes from regional food trucks, meet local artists, and take part in activities that connect neighbors and build community pride.

Whether you’re a longtime fan or attending for the first time, this summer’s Grandview Hop is an event not to miss. Its blend of local flavor, family-friendly entertainment, and meaningful community support makes it a standout among Ohio’s summer festivals. As the city embraces the warmer months, the Grandview Hop continues to shine as a celebration of creativity, connection, and culture.
