Devotees praised the efficiency of the arrangements and the seamless coordination between police personnel and temple staff. “The arrangements are excellent, and we had a wonderful darshan by the grace of Mahadev,” said a pilgrim who had traveled from Madhya Pradesh. Many others echoed similar sentiments, crediting the temple authorities and district administration for facilitating a safe and spiritually enriching experience.
The start of Sawan in Varanasi also boosts the local economy. From flower vendors and prasad sellers to transport services and small eateries, the entire temple ecosystem sees heightened activity.
