Emraan Hashmi’s Gunmaaster G9 Car Stunt Video Raises Safety Concerns

A dramatic behind-the-scenes video from Emraan Hashmi’s upcoming film Gunmaaster G9 has sparked questions about safety during an action sequence. The footage shows an SUV flipping before landing on a black van, apparently close to where the actor is standing.

The clip is said to be from the film’s climax shoot. While its appearance has prompted concern, the footage alone does not establish that Hashmi narrowly escaped an accident or that the stunt malfunctioned.

Stunt Video Shows SUV Crashing Onto Van

In the video, crew members prepare for the sequence as a countdown is heard. An SUV suspended from a crane then turns upside down and crashes onto the roof of a van positioned beneath it.

The apparent proximity of the vehicle to Hashmi has become the main focus of attention. However, the camera angle does not provide enough information to determine the actual distance between the actor and the stunt area.

The supplied account mentions no injuries and says the makers had not commented on the clip at the time of publication. Details about the safety arrangements and whether the landing matched the planned choreography remain unavailable.

Gunmaaster G9 Release Date, Cast And Story

Directed by Aditya Datt, Gunmaaster G9 is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 27, 2026. The cast includes Emraan Hashmi, Genelia Deshmukh, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Singh.

The film introduces Hashmi as Eshwar, a dairy farm owner whose determination to protect the woman he loves drives the narrative. Its first glimpse, unveiled in August, presented a story combining romance with action. The viral footage offers a look at the scale of one vehicle stunt, although it leaves the circumstances surrounding its execution unresolved.

Haridwar Shoot Earlier Faced Local Objections

The production previously faced disruption during filming in Haridwar after a set signboard reading “Bar and Caf” caused confusion among some residents. They believed an actual bar was operating at the location, leading to objections.

Producer Deepak Mukut subsequently clarified that the signboard was part of the filming setup and said the team had no intention of offending religious sentiments. According to his explanation, discussions with residents resolved the matter.

Attention has now shifted to the stunt video. Until the production team clarifies what happened, describing the sequence as a confirmed accident would go beyond the information available.
