The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Officials said consumers should stop using the recalled swing immediately and request a free repair kit before anyone sits on it again.
Costco Patio Swing Recall Covers Agio Menlo Model 1934256
The recall applies to the Agio Menlo Woven Patio Swing, model number 1934256. The swings were sold exclusively at Costco stores and on Costco.com from February 2026 through March 2026.
The recalled swing has a black metal frame, black metal swing arms, a fabric canopy and a brown padded outdoor wicker seat. CPSC said the frame is about 75 inches high, 71 inches wide and 48 inches deep.
Why The Agio Menlo Swing Was Recalled
World Bright International Limited has received eight reports of swing seats detaching from the frame. Eight injuries were reported, including impact injuries to the head and arms.
The recall is listed as recall number 26-485. The CPSC described the remedy as a repair, not a refund. The affected swings were sold for about $549 to $649.

Owners should stop using the recalled patio swing immediately. World Bright International Limited is offering a free repair kit that includes replacement hooks and instructions for replacing the hooks.
