Motorists traveling through the Tysons-McLean area along I-495 should prepare for a significant traffic shift beginning Friday night. The second phase of a major construction project will move all four lanes of southbound traffic onto newly constructed pavement between Georgetown Pike and midway between Old Dominion Drive and Lewinsville Road.
