Wisconsin Avenue has reopened in Bethesda after a water main break caused significant traffic disruptions and forced the closure of several lanes near one of the area’s busiest intersections. The southbound lanes of Wisconsin Avenue, also designated as MD-355, had been shut down at the exit to East West Highway (MD-410), along with two westbound turn lanes on MD-410.
