In a glittering ceremony held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Manika Vishwakarma was crowned Miss Universe India 2025. The event saw the handover of the crown from Miss Universe India 2024 Rhea Singha to the talented young achiever. Manika’s victory sets the stage for her to represent India at the 74th Miss Universe pageant in Thailand this November. Alongside Manika, Tanya Sharma from Uttar Pradesh was named the first runner-up, Mehak Dhingra from Haryana became the second runner-up, and Amishi Kaushik was crowned the third runner-up.
Manika Vishwakarma: A Multi-Skilled Achiever
Manika hails from Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, and currently resides in Delhi. She is in her final year of pursuing a degree in Political Science and Economics. Manika is not only an academic achiever but also a talented classical dancer and painter. She has represented India at the BIMSTEC Sewocon, an international initiative under the Ministry of External Affairs, and has earned recognition from prestigious institutions like the Lalit Kala Academy and JJ School of Arts.
Her academic prowess and creative talents make her a standout, but Manika’s contributions go beyond glamour. She is the founder of Neuronova, a platform dedicated to raising awareness about neurodivergence. Through this initiative, she advocates for conditions like ADHD to be viewed as unique strengths rather than disorders, aiming to challenge societal perceptions and encourage acceptance.
