The Central Election Commission is preparing the ground for the Andhra Pradesh elections and the commission has now started to issue the election symbols for the parties that are not yet recognized by the EC. In a shocking hit-and-run incident that came to light belatedly, a 30-year-old man named Lingala Tarakram was killed on the spot following a fatal crash with a speeding car.
