For the first time in a quarter century, San Jose is witnessing the return of affordable housing development on property owned by the Valley Transportation Authority (VTA). Located just steps from Tamien Station, a key transit hub south of downtown, construction is well underway for a brand-new housing complex expected to be move-in ready by August.
