Paramapujya Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji marked a historic milestone with his 365th “Music for Meditation and Healing” concert, titled Indraprastha Raga Sagara, at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on Sunday, April 19, 2026 (IST). Renowned violinist Dr. L. Subramaniam accompanied the performance along with the Celestial Message Troupe. The event drew thousands of attendees, including dignitaries such as the Delhi Deputy Chief Minister, alongside a global audience of devotees and music enthusiasts.

Beneficiaries of this musical and spiritual movement, as well as music lovers worldwide, are encouraged to explore the complete journey of these concerts—from the inaugural performance to the 365th milestone—through the SGS RagaRagini Atlas, documenting 38 years of Music for Meditation concerts (1987–2025). The archive is accessible online at https://sgs-raga-sagra.vercel.app/, offering deeper insight into the evolution and scope of Sri Swamiji’s work.
From the very first cry till the last breath, from the womb until the tomb, every moment is filled with music and emotion. Sri Swamiji’s philosophy reflects this belief, emphasizing that not only humans but also animals, plants, and even inanimate elements respond to sound. He teaches that the mystery of evolution itself is subtly embedded within the seven notes of music, forming the foundation of his healing approach.
Widely regarded as a rare yogi who has revived an ancient path through music, Sri Swamiji has spent decades guiding individuals toward inner peace. Performing on a customized synthesizer with more than 1,000 curated sounds, he integrates the classical Raga-Ragini system with chakra-based healing, creating immersive and transformative experiences.
The 365th concert represents a significant point in a global journey that includes more than 300 performances at prestigious venues such as the Sydney Opera House, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. His performances blend structured compositions with improvisation, often alongside accomplished ensembles like the Celestial Message Troupe.
Over the years, leading artists including Zakir Hussain have engaged with his music, reflecting its influence across traditions. Organizers noted that proceeds from upcoming concerts will support natural disaster relief, adding a humanitarian dimension to the spiritual experience.
