Former India cricket captain and ex-BCCI president Sourav Ganguly on Monday, June 15, 2026, filed a police complaint in Kolkata, alleging that a Facebook page with millions of followers had been circulating defamatory and misleading content aimed at damaging his reputation. The complaint was lodged at Thakurpukur Police Station. Ganguly reportedly said that the online posts were false, misleading and harmful to his public image.
