Shruti Haasan has opened up about shooting for the song Sridevi Chiranjeevi from the film Waltair Veerayya. Fans are drawn in by the starring couple's on-screen chemistry in the 3-minute clip. Shruti Haasan did not particularly enjoy shooting the song in a snowy environment, though. Shruti described her experience while filming the song in an interview. She said, "I do hope and completely be very honest that I don't have to do another song in the snow wearing a saree. Physically it is so uncomfortable but I guess, people still want to see it and we will have to keep doing it. It is truly uncomfortable for a woman."
Waltair Veeraya as well as NBK and Shruti starrer Veera Simha Reddy, both are releasing during Sankranti. "We cannot be nervous about the film but we can do our best when we are on set and I think we all have really worked hard. These are two superstars with huge mass fan following and I'm excited to be a part of it. Yeah, I think it's quite rare to have the same moment, same producer," said Shruti Haasan in an interview.
Shruti Haasan plays the female lead in Waltair Veerayya. The film marks her debut collaboration with Chiranjeevi. Waltair Veerayya will feature a lot of dancing along with action, romance, and mass. Devi Sri Prasad, a rock musician, created an album with both popular and melodic songs.
Bobby Kolli directs the film. The film is being produced on a significant scale by Mythri Movie Makers' Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar, with GK Mohan as co-producer. Arthur A.
