Viduthalai Part 1 is the latest film from one of Kollywood’s top directors, Vetrimaaran. We all know Vetrimaaran tells very rooted stories in a raw tone. Well, Viduthalai Part 1 is one such thriller film from Vetrimaaran. Ace producer Allu Aravind releasing the film in Telugu under 'Geetha Film Distribution' on April 15th.
Ahead of the film's release, today makers released the hard-hitting trailer for the film. The trailer reveals that the film is about Vijay Sethupathi's character Perumaal Master's fight against the cops for torturing women in the name of investigation and the police force's hunt for him dead or alive.
Soori is constable Kumaresan in the film, a small cog in the giant wheel of the police structure, who is unable to stand the power abuse of the department. The trailer promises yet another intense Vetri Maaran drama, where the white-knuckle action sequences are balanced with several moments of drama that stay with the viewer.
Though the film has Vijay Sethupathi, the film’s protagonist is Soori. The trailer also depicts his frustration and inability to do something about the injustice. What happens to Perumal and who finally catches him is what the story is about. Vetrimaaran's realistic taking, arresting score and the actor stunts in the end will leave everyone awestruck.
