Agent disaster: Akhil starts talks with proven directors

Akhil Akkineni hoped to enter the big league with Agent which is the biggest project in his career by a fair margin. But the film bombed like anything and it has now gone down as one of the biggest disasters of all time in Tollywood.

Now, in the context of Agent's debacle, Akhil has apparently decided to call it quits to experimental films with offbeat directors.

Apparently, Akhil has now decided to get into serious work mode and the latest updates are suggesting that he has initiated talks with proven directors.

Reports are suggesting that Akhil is currently in talks with the likes of Vamshi Paidipally and Srikanth Odela of Dasara fame for his upcoming projects. He wants to materialize these projects with the directors who are in fine form and have a good recent track record.

Akhil will lock one fo these projects soon and more details about the same will be out in the due course. He intends to set up only safe projects from here on and there is no scope for half-baked projects.
