NTR’s Devara is just days away from its highly anticipated global release on September 27. Directed by Koratala Siva, the film’s team is ramping up promotional efforts, and ticket bookings in the Telugu states are set to begin shortly. Excitement is already palpable, especially with impressive advanced sales reported overseas.
In the US, trade sources indicate that Devara could generate an impressive $4 million during its opening weekend. With pre-sales surpassing the $1 million mark, the film is expected to draw in an additional $1.5 million from its premiere alone. While consistently achieving $1 million per day over the weekend may prove challenging, strong word-of-mouth could lead to a significant surge in Saturday collections.
Jr. NTR’s past successes, particularly with blockbuster hits like RRR, bolster expectations for Devara, making it a strong contender for impressive openings in the US market. Additionally, the film will be released in IMAX format, further enhancing its appeal to audiences seeking a cinematic experience.
If the film garners positive reviews, its box office potential could be immense, with trade analysts predicting record-breaking numbers. As anticipation builds for this major release, fans are eager to see how Devara performs on the global stage.
