In a candid interview, Samantha shares her experiences while promoting her upcoming series, Citadel Honey Bunny, directed by the renowned duo Raj-DK. Scheduled to premiere on November 7 on Amazon Prime Video, this series is a spin-off of the popular American show Citadel.

Samantha revealed the physical toll the demanding action sequences took on her, especially as she was battling myositis at the time. She recalls how she felt overwhelmed and even urged the directors to consider other actresses for the role, believing she couldn’t manage the physicality required. “I sent other recommendations, like ‘See this heroine, she’ll kill it,’” she shared.

Despite her repeated requests to be replaced, Raj and DK chose to proceed with her, a decision she now appreciates: “Watching the show now, I’m thankful they didn’t make it without me.”
