Subbaraju made his film debut in 2003 with Khadgam and soon earned widespread recognition with his role in Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi, directed by Puri Jagannadh. His talent and screen presence quickly made him a prominent figure in Telugu cinema.

Over the years, Subbaraju expanded his career across multiple languages, acting in films in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. With more than a hundred films to his credit, Subbaraju has proven his versatility and is regarded as one of the most talented actors in the Indian film industry.
