Nandamuri Balakrishna, the God of Masses and a legendary figure in Telugu cinema, continues to captivate audiences with his powerful performances and blockbusters. In collaboration with director Boyapati Sreenu, Balakrishna has delivered iconic films like Simha, Legend, and Akhanda. Their previous film, Akhanda, became a monumental hit, and now the much-anticipated sequel, Akhanda 2: Thaandavam, is officially underway.

The film’s shoot began today with a high-octane action sequence being filmed at the renowned RFC (Ramoji Film City), marking the start of regular production. Director Boyapati Sreenu is ensuring the film maintains its signature high-energy action style, with renowned action choreographers Ram and Laxman overseeing the sequences. Balakrishna himself joined the set for this action-packed moment, exciting fans for what’s to come.

Akhanda 2: Thaandavam is slated for a grand release during Dussehra on September 25, 2025. The film is being produced by Raam Achanta and Gopi Achanta, with Tejaswini Nandamuri presenting it, promising to deliver another larger-than-life cinematic experience.
