Karisma Kapoor’s Ex-Husband Sunjay Kapur Dies at 53
Sunjay Kapur, renowned businessman and former husband of actor Karisma Kapoor, has died at the age of 53 after suffering a heart attack. The incident occurred in England while he was playing polo, according to sources close to the family. Sunjay Kapur, the chairman of auto components company Sona Comstar, was widely known for his corporate success and social presence. His final public message came just hours before his death, in which he expressed condolences over the tragic Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad.

Following the news, Karisma Kapoor’s family rallied around her for support. Her sister Kareena Kapoor Khan and brother-in-law Saif Ali Khan arrived at Karisma’s Mumbai home late Thursday evening. Sunjay married Karisma Kapoor in 2003, and the couple have two children together Samaira and Kiaan.
