Rashmika Mandanna stole the limelight at the success meet of Kuberaa, not just for her performance but for the glowing compliments she received from two Telugu cinema legends Nagarjuna and Chiranjeevi. The event, held to celebrate the film crossing ₹50 crore in just three days, turned into an unexpected tribute to the actress.

During his speech, Nagarjuna compared Rashmika to the late legendary actress Sridevi, particularly referencing her performance in Kshana Kshanam. “Watching Rashmika on screen reminded me of Sridevi Garu. So many frames, so much grace,” he said, to applause. He also jokingly added, “No wonder she’s called the National Crush. Thanks to this film, she is now Nag’s crush too!”

Chiranjeevi, present at the event alongside the cast including Dhanush and Jim Sarbh, echoed the sentiment. “Nag, you quoted my line, but let me add Rashmika is also my crush!” he quipped, prompting laughter and cheers from the audience. The actress, visibly blushing, graciously accepted the praise.

Nagarjuna had previously described Rashmika as a “powerhouse of talent” during another media interaction. “None of us are 2000 or 3000 crore actors this is the one! She’s beaten all of us,” he had declared, acknowledging her recent blockbuster streak across multiple languages.

Rashmika’s performance in Kuberaa continues her winning streak. She was already riding high after her Bollywood debut in Animal alongside Ranbir Kapoor, which grossed over ₹1000 crore globally. Additionally, Pushpa 2, where she stars opposite Allu Arjun, is one of the most anticipated releases and has already raked in ₹1800 crore in pre-release business and deals.
