Bollywood fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the upcoming thriller-comedy film, Ek Chatur Naar, starring Divya Khossla and Neil Nitin Mukesh. The filmmakers recently unveiled the first-look posters of the movie, which are generating significant buzz on social media. The film is slated to hit theatres on September 12, 2025.
The first-look posters reveal intriguing glimpses of the characters, adding to the excitement. In one poster, Divya Khossla is seen in an Indian attire, paired with sunglasses and an eye-catching snake-shaped ponytail, which adds an element of mystery to the character. Neil Nitin Mukesh features in a unique position—appearing to be stuck inside a mobile phone, adding to the quirky and comedic tone of the film.
Another poster highlights Divya Khossla chopping vegetables, while Neil Nitin Mukesh poses with a gun. The scene takes a darkly humorous twist when Divya is shown cutting his finger while chopping carrots. These visuals indicate that the film will have thrilling moments laced with comedy.
The film is directed by Umesh Shukla, who is also the producer, and is backed by T-Series. The tagline for the film, "Hoshiyari Shuru" (Smartness begins), gives viewers a hint that Ek Chatur Naar will be a clever and witty film. The official T-Series account on social media shared the posters, teasing the audience with the phrase "Chaturai ki pehli jhalak aage aage dekho hota hai kya" (First glimpse of cleverness... see what happens next), further raising expectations for what’s to come.
This marks Divya Khossla’s return to the screen after her 2024 film, Savi, which was a remake of the 2008 French film Anything For Her. Although Savi had a mixed reception and a modest box office run, Divya's role has piqued interest for her upcoming project.
Neil Nitin Mukesh, who was last seen in 2024's Hisaab Barabar, a film featuring R Madhavan, also had a role that intrigued viewers. He played Micky Mehta in the film, which premiered on Zee5. With his versatile acting skills, Neil continues to build anticipation for his next big screen appearance in **Ek Chatur Naar.
